  1. PD-L1 is biomarker (protein ) that allows the tumor to hide from your immune system

MOLECULAR PROFILING

IMPORTANT

  1. Molecular Profiling looks for both “Genetic” and your Genomic” events. This creates a road map of your specific cancer environment and matches this to known treatment options. Note: Ask for PD-L1, MSI and TMB –tumor Mutational Burden– to be included.
  2. Genomic is the specific mutations within your tumor that is driving it’s growth
  3. Genetic is the inherited genes that are or could be responsible for your cancer
